	Thanks for the reply. The box with the URL for that is currently saying http:// not https:// I added this https:// in, but not when I attempt to check out on a test order, the order screen loses all its formatting. I'd like to get this fixed, so if you could call anytime tomorrow or Tuesday afternoon that would be great. I also have a question about compatible versions of PHP. I tried upgrading to version 5.x and it seems to have broken the site. Downgrading back to 4.x restored it though. Thanks!

	While trouble shooting my email issue I ran several test orders through the system. I'm not seeing the SSL encryption at any point during the ordering process and all the urls appear to start with http rather https. Is there a box somewhere that controls this or a place that controls how this is activated I can look at? I know the last time my SSL certificate expired the site would give me an error message and I'm not seeing that, so I don't think that's the problem. Thanks!

	I had moved my email provider a couple months ago and changed my MX record. Westhost needed to make a change on their end -- something they called a "sticky note" so that emails would move out instead of being stuck on the server.
