Thanks so much for using our new support system.  Please include the following relevant information from the list below.  Feel free to post your issues to this forum and subscribe to the topic as we will post our replies, fixes, questions, successful repair details, etc. here and NOT by email.

• Detailed Explanation of the problem and when/how it happens
• Browser being used, Firefox, IE 7, Safari?
• Platform being used, Mac or PC & is it XP, Vista | OSX, Tiger?
• What relative gallery with a link, password & your clients email sent to support@skookskart.com
• Anything else that might be helpful including if you could re-create the problem, if it's happened before, what time of day this happened, were you uploading, etc...

*** The reason we are changing our support model is so our instructions, fixes, questions, replies, solved issues, etc. are posted in a public forum with high visibility for everyone's benefit. The posts are easily searchable and it will allow us to give better service to our clients.
