Can you let me know how easy it would be to switch to you guys as 
I've got loads of existing galleries (mainly low res though) that 
would need to be transferred.

Is it just a one off payment and then unlimited server space? Or do 
you charge for server space at certain rates? How does it work?

Switching from another online proofing vendor is pretty simple.  Depending on your current gallery structure it may require a bit of renaming or image re-creation.

Our system uses a unique folder for each client gallery.  Within that folder there is a folder called "images" for low res web-viewing images.  There is also a folder called "thumbnails" for the thumbnail preview.   These folder names are controlled universally in a configuration file so we can rename them to fit your current setup which may help in transferring existing galleries.

If you send us your current gallery folder structure we could tell you exactly what would have to be done to migrate existing galleries over to our system.


Regarding the server space question...  We do not provide any hosting.  Our application is installed  onto your own shared or private server and you manage the account.   It is a one time fee for the installation and customization.  Having our application on your server gives you complete control.
