...For the lab, can we connect it to the lab that we’re using directly? For example, we’re using whcc, can the order be linked directly to whcc?

The order cannot be linked directly to the lab.  The reason is that you are loading a web-optimized image onto your server for fast browsing and it's not a high enough quality image for printing.

There is a great solution WHCC provides called ROES which you can use in conjunction with the Skooks Kart to quickly and easily get ordered images from your computer to the lab in a very short amount of time.

The whole process looks similar to below and takes only a few minutes to process an order.

• Receive order email with a list of images (0234234.jpg,92349.jpg,092340.jpg, etc).
• Copy the list of images and paste into a Search and Find tool.
• Copy the found images to an order folder for re-touching and then move them right into ROES.
• Process the crop & order details in ROES and submit to lab.

Lastly...
